Roughly when you want to travel, how many of you there are, how many days you have, and whether you are set on a particular country or still weighing two against three. If you have already picked a journey from this site, name it — we will come back with the next departures that still have room, and what an extension at either end would look like.
If you are unsure whether your dates work, ask before you book flights. There are months we would steer you away from a country entirely, and it is a cheaper conversation to have now.
Enquiries reach a person in our own office rather than a call centre, and we aim to reply within one working day, Vietnam time (GMT+7). If your question is about a departure inside the next fortnight, say so in the subject line and use WhatsApp as well — it reaches us faster.
Nothing you send is passed to a third party, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list from an enquiry. If you would rather talk than type, send a number and a window that suits you and we will call.
