  • Day rates rather than commission
  • Tipping settled by us, in advance

Straight answers

  • Closed borders and difficult seasons are on the page
  • We will talk you out of a route that does not work
  • If we would rather drop a site than prop it up, we say so

  • We tell you as soon as we know, not on arrival
  • Alternatives are offered before you are asked to accept anything
